Heeeeeyyyy sis! So I get it girl, you’re tired! We work hard, we are mothers, wives, entrepreneurs, and much much more. But no matter what, the show must go on. Because of that, we have to keep it moving. Sometimes we don’t have time to give ourselves the much needed care that we deserve. I *claps* GOT *claps* YOU SIS! No need to go to work or out in these streets looking tired. Sometimes we have to put just a little pep in our makeup routine to give us some much needed “sprucin up.” Check out my 3 tips to looking more awake.
I can’t express this enough. False lashes are BAE. Seriously! Let me explain. Lashes are an accessory for your eyes. They open your eyes, lift your eyes, and give you an overall appearance of being well rested. Whenever you have the “tired eye” effect, pop on a pair of my Studio Luxe lashes and look at the difference. Trust me on this one sis, I have hooded eyes, so I look tired all the time. However a good pair of Studio luxe falsies, always does the trick for me.
Now I know I ask you to trust me a lot, but for real though, I need you to trust me. Get you a white eyeliner sis, run it across the waterline of your eye, and BOOM instant eye opener! The white liner gives the illusion of a more extended sclera (the white part of your eye), hence a more awake appearance. Now don’t go overboard with the liner. Just a little bit along the waterline (the inside of the lower lid) is all that it takes……just a little bit!
We all love a good highlight anyways…..but in this case, it’s almost necessary. Placing a skin tone appropriate highlighting product in the tear ducts of the eyes and along the cheekbones, and down the bridge of the nose, will give you a refreshed look. When you look refreshed with healthy skin, you look healthy, radiant, and more awake. Here is one of my favorite highlighters, it’s by Ruby Kisses, you can get it here for only $8.
